Veeva PromoMats Basics: Vault Admin
Brands are used to organize relevant PromoMats Basics content under a brand umbrella, enabling the use of the brand as a filter when browsing the document library. When uploading documents, users will assign them to the brand that is appropriate for the document that they’re uploading.
To create a brand:
Navigate to PromoMats Admin > Brands, and click Create.
Enter the Brand Name.
Optionally, enter the Brand Abbreviation.
Optionally, enter the Generic Name.
Optionally, select the Current PI (Prescribing Information)/Label Number if it has been uploaded already.
Select the Product Type. This field determines certain document metadata and workflows.
Click Save.
