Inactivate or Reactivate a User

Who can complete this task? Veeva PromoMats Basics: Vault Admin

If a user leaves your organization and no longer needs to be active in the system, Vault Admins can fully deactivate the user, and later reactivate it if needed.

Inactivate a User

To inactivate a user:

  1. Navigate to PromoMats Admin > Users, open the user record that you want to inactivate.

  2. From the Workflow Actions menu, select Make User Inactive.

  3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to inactivate the user.

Reactivate a User

To reactivate a user in PromoMats Basics:

  1. If you need to reactivate a user, open the user record that you want to reactivate.

  2. From the Workflow Actions menu, select Make User Active.

  3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to activate the user.
