&lt;p>There are two primary methods of creating an account: creating a new account manually, and creating an account from OpenData, a comprehensive global database of healthcare information.&lt;/p>
&lt;h2 id="create-an-account-manually">Create an Account Manually&lt;/h2>

&lt;li>Perform a &lt;strong>search&lt;/strong> to ensure it does not already exist.
