Vault Upload Size Limits
The following chart shows the maximum file sizes for uploading into Vault.

| Uploading Files using File Staging or Vault File Manager | 500 GB |
Only video files up to 100 GB and 2 hours long will ensure an optimal experience for video playback. Video files above 100 GB (up to 500 GB) or longer than 2 hours will upload but the Viewable Rendition won’t be processed and video playback will not work.
For an optimal experience with Video Playback, it is recommended to keep the following video profile:
- Frame Rate: Up to 60 FPS
- Bitrate: Up to 8 Mbps
- Resolution: Up to 1440p or 2K
Attachment Upload Size Limits
The following chart shows the attachment file upload limits in Veeva Basics.

| Attachment File Size (Video Only) | 2 GB | Applies to video files only. For all other file types, refer to Attachment File Size. |
| Attachments per Record | 100 | Users can attach up to 100 files per object record. |
| Attachment File Size | 4 GB | Vault applies a different limit for video files. This limit applies to all other file types and to Document attachments as well. |
