Edit Columns

To customize your document grid view or object record listing, you can edit the columns that appear. This allows you to show specific pieces of metadata that are important to your role.

  1. Navigate to the document grid view or object record listing.

  2. Make sure your layout is set to Grid View.

  3. Select Edit Columns from the All Actions menu.

  4. Select columns and use the right/left arrows to move them between Available Columns and Selected Columns.

  5. Use the up/down arrows to change the order of the columns.

  6. Click Save.
