Add New Reviewers to a Workflow

To add new reviewers to an ongoing workflow:

  1. Within the document that is involved in the workflow, click the workflow name to open the task and workflow details.

  2. Click the Actions menu () on the workflow.

  3. Select add participants.

  4. Add or change any reviewers for the workflow.

  5. Click complete to finish adding reviewers.
