Send a Document for Obsolescence Approval

To send a Draft or Ready for Approval document for obsolescence approval:

  1. Navigate to Document Workspace > Working Library and open the document you want to send for obsolescence approval.

  2. Select Send for Obsolescence Approval from the Workflow menu.

  3. Select the Approvers and enter optional instructions for the Approvers.

  4. Select the QA Approvers and enter optional instructions for the QA approvers.

  5. Enter an Approval Due Date for completion of the approval and click Start. A task to the selected Approvers.
