Duplicate Training Assignments

A learner will receive duplicate training assignments in the following scenarios:
Issued/Effective Versions
If the learner is a new learner for this training, they will need to complete training on both the currently Effective version, as well as the Issued version.
Different Training Requirements with Same Document
The learner will need to complete both Training Assignments.
Best Practice
We recommend not including the same document on two different Training Requirements.
Same Training Requirement in Different Curricula
The learner will only need to complete the Training Assignment once. However, the duplicate assignment could show up on reports. The report refers to curriculum completion, and one training may be related to multiple qualifications so the report would show one line for each training assignment for every curriculum assigned for the learner.
