CrossLinks created in Clinical from RIM now respect site information populated on the RIM source document. If a site is not present in Clinical, a User Exception Message will be generated, unlike before, where the site was ignored. This promotes precise data alignment."

25R2 Updated Vault Admin Permissions

Vault Admins now automatically receive Loader and Technical Setup permissions; separate requests for these are no longer needed. This profile also retains the ability to create and manage users, along with all permissions of a given application admin security profile (ex. Quality Admin or RIM Admin) such as managing reference data.

Authoring Workflow Enhancements

The task label was updated to Authoring/Review to make it clear that both authoring and review can occur via the same workflow. Authors are no longer removed from viewing the document until after the workflow is complete in case a comment is left for them after they have completed their task. If Collaborative Authoring is enabled, a document will be automatically checked out when sent for authoring. The document will also automatically be checked back in after the owner review is completed
