| QMS | QA users that existed prior to the 25R3 release will not be able to create Organization records as intended. As a workaround, edit the user record, remove QA from the user’s System Assignments and save. Then edit the user record again, add QA back and save. |
| QualityDocs | When a Document Change Control (DCC) is reassigned, the Document Change Control Approver role on the document is not cascaded to the person it was reassigned to and the new approver may not be able to see the document. As a workaround, manually add the user to the document when you do the reassignment. |
