The Approved with Changes feature is enabled by a Vault Admin on a country by country basis in Country Settings. While PromoMats Basics is in Early Adopter status, “United States” is the only selection available for this feature.
Approved with Changes (AWC) is a new verdict in the MLR approval workflow. An Approved with Changes verdict indicates that the material is substantively approved but requires small, minor edits.
When a material is Approved with Changes, the Coordinator confirms that the necessary changes have been made and moves the material directly to Approved for Production. The approver will not need to see the material again, speeding up the overall workflow time.
