When a user leaves your organization, follow this checklist to ensure a smooth transition.
- If the user leaving is a domain admin, they should make a different user a domain admin before they leave.
- Login with delegate access to the user’s account before inactivating, and verify any active workflows and reassign to active user(s).

- Filter the library by ‘Created By’ for the user to be inactivated, and as needed perform a bulk action to update the owner role to active user(s).
- Ensure at least one other user has access to both Compliance Docs and Veeva Connect.
