Register Test Account

Prerequisites

• Complete the AS2 Account Request procedure

• Obtain a Digital Certificate

• Acquire the Vault FDA ESG Test User Login information and Vault AS2 URL (as outlined in (FDA ESG AS2 Account Request))

Procedure

1. Register for an ESG NextGen account.

   • Refer to Step 2 of the AS2 Account Set-Up, you will need to send an email to the FDA providing the information listed below.

2. Email the Complete set of Information to the FDA.

   You will need the following information to provide to the FDA in email as follows:

   Dear FDA ESG Help Desk-

   • Account Name: (Your Company Name)
   • Primary Contact Name: (Whomever the Certificate is registered to)
   • Primary Contact Email Address: (Whomever the certificate is registered to)
   • RoutingID: (Typically in this format: COMPANYNAMEABBREVIATIONRIMAS2SBX and COMPANYNAMEABBREVIATIONRIMAS2PRD eg VVARIMAS2SBX and VVARIMAS2RIMPRD, can be the registered RoutingID)
   • Delivery Exchange URL: (Described in Vault User Account Setup/Configuration for Sandbox and Set Up Production Gateway for Production)

   SSL Certificate: (see below)

   Clients must use SSL to connect to this server and requires a user name and password:

   • Username: (FDA User Login at Veeva, created in FDA ESG AS2 Account Request)
   • Password: (FDA User Login at Veeva, created in FDA ESG AS2 Account Request)
   • Signing/encryption Certificate (for encryption only): Please see attached. (User to add the .p7b to email to the FDA)

After submitting the registration, you should receive an AS2 test account activation email. You may check the ESG Help Desk Portal if you do not receive an account activation email.

(NOTE: Account activation may take up to 48 hours)
