Create & Share a Content Plan View

You can edit the columns that display in your content plan and save it as a view to make it easy to view your content plan details. You can also share that view with other users.

Create a Content Plan View

To create a content plan view:

1. Navigate to the content plan and select Edit Columns from the Actions menu.

   

2. Add, remove, and reorder the columns you want to see in your content plan view.

3. Click Save.

   

4. Click Save View As.

   

5. Provide a Name for the view and click Save.

   

Share a Content Plan View

To share a content plan view:

1. Click the arrow to the right of Save View As and select Share.

   

2. Specify the users you want to share the view with and click OK.

   

Change Your Content Plan Display to a Saved View

To change your content plan display to a saved view:

• Select it from the View dropdown.
