Delete a Submission Relationship Record

To delete a submission relationship record:

1. Navigate to the Submission record and open the applicable Submission Relationships section.

2. Click Delete from the Actions menu of the record you want to delete.

   

Troubleshoot Errors

If you receive an error when trying to delete a submission relationship record, it may be because it is used by one or more Content Plan Item records. You must first delete the corresponding section in the Content Plan (even if it’s inactive).

To resolve this:

1. Open the Submission record and click the Content Plan () icon.

   

2. If necessary, click Show Inactive.

   

3. Use the filters to find all references to the submission relationship record you want to delete.

   Best Practice Edit the columns that display to help you find the submission relationship record you’re looking for.

4. Click Delete from the Actions menu for each section that references the submission relationship record you want to delete.

   

5. Click Continue.

6. After you have deleted all applicable sections, return to the Submission record and delete the submission relationship record.
